CII MOU Renewal and Orientation for MBA I sem students
ON “Yuva Initiatives 2023”
A launching session on “Finding your Purpose .. Setting your Goals…”

The program of MOU renewal with CII Yi for the 4th consecutive year was conducted on 2nd March 2023. The program started by welcoming the dignitaries from CII Yi and the audience by Professor Rishikesav. Mr.Darshan Mutha presented the Initiatives in various verticles of Yi namely, Health care, Road Safety, Innovation, Learning, Climate Change, Entrepreneurshp and Rural Initiatives planned for 2023-24.
Ms.Krupa J K Chair of CII Yuva, yi, Bangalore and the Director and Principal, signatories from the two institutions signed the MOU and declared the induction of all the students of I semester MBA into the folds of CII Yi. Ms.Krupa spoke about the organization structure of YI and a similar executive council to be set up at AIMIT .
As always, there was a knowledge session with the launch of CII Yi, “Finding Your Purpose – Setting You Goals” by Ms.Krupa JK. She elaborated on the importance of goal setting to achieve an indivdual’s goals faster and with a greater purpose. She spoke of the difference between Chinta and chintan, how to identify the unique purpose, goal setting strategies narrated with stories form the Mahabharata, steps to set goals using the T F A RCouchingmodel and also shared a goal setting worksheet. She also cautioned the students about some common goal setting pitfalls.
The session was well received and concluded with a Qn A and a vote of Thanks by Dr.Uma Devi Ananth.

Resource Person Profile of Krupa J Krishnan
Founder of ‘Parivarthak Training and consultancy, registered under MSME’. Posh and POCSO Enabler, a POSH trainer, on the board of Internal Complaint Committee(ICC) in various organizations
She is Certified NLP Practitioner, conducts personality development training through NLP techniques, a corporate trainer, and also a Consultant for conducting Training Need Analysis and organizational management.
She has 14+years of experience in – team building, training and development, Project management, quality and process improvement skills and entrepreneurship.
She has a master of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Mysore. Her previous experience includes 16 plus years at Cenduit , a global Clinical Trial and Research company as a Sr.Software Analyst.
She is the current CII Yi – Yuva – Chair for the second year in a row.
