  • Dr.R. Venkataraman is the Director and Principal, Adarsh AIMIT. He served Presidency Business School for nine long years as Dean and Professor before joining Adarsh AIMIT.
  • Dr. Venkataraman is a senior Academician and a Researcher with a PhD in Management. He has 26 years’ experience in academics, research and industry. He has been associated with some of the best educational institutions, to name a few -Presidency Business School, Acharya’s Bangalore Business School, International School of Business and Media, Indian Institute of Planning & Management, Institute of Business Management & Research and New Horizon College of Engineering. He has published 6 books and 37 papers in National and International Journals and also presented several papers in Conferences. He has received 4 best paper awards. He is currently guiding 8 Ph.D. Research Scholars from Bangalore University and has guided 2 scholars of Bharathiyar University who have been awarded with Ph.D degree.

Dr.Uma has over 18 years of varied experience in Teaching, Research, Industry Institute Collaborations, and Curriculum Development.

She was awarded Ph.D in Management from Bangalore University in 2018. Her Research interest is in the area of Comparative HRM and her doctoral thesis is on the Impact of Firm Ownership on Strategic HR practices in domestic and foreign companies. Her area of specialization is in Human Resource Management and teaches Strategic Management, OB, HR and Business Analytics courses.  She has presented papers in more than 15 international and national conferences and has an equal number of publications in reputed journals including UGC, Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals. She is a regular article reviewer for Springer and Sage Journals. She has also served as a rapporteur and chaired technical sessions in international and national conferences. She has co-authored a book on Strategic HRM. She has been invited as a Guest speaker to Bangalore University, Bangalore City University, BMS College for Women, City Engineering College to name a few.

She is on the syllabus Revision committee and Board of Examiners for Bangalore City University, Presidency College, and Ramaiah Institute of Management.

She has successfully completed a funded research project titled Socio Economic Wellbeing and Financial Need Analysis of Street vendors in Bangalore during COVID.

Dr.M.Gurusamy has completed B.B.A, M.B.A., and M.Phil (Management) at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. He has completed his Ph.D. (Management) at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He is working as a Professor at Adarsh Institute of Management and Information Technology, Bengaluru. He has one year of industry experience and 18 years of experience in teaching. He has published 9 Indian Patents and 5 Australian Patents. Prof. Vasudha Srivatsa is a well-rounded educationist with academic and industry experience. Her educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration in finance from VTU, and she is currently pursuing Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Before beginning her academic journey, she worked at KPMG and State Street Indian Pvt. Ltd in the field of finance. Her experience in the industry gives her a unique perspective on the subject matter she teaches, as she has practical experience in the application of financial theories and concepts.

Ms. Vasudha’s research interests lie in financial markets and investment management, and she has presented several research papers at national and international conferences. Additionally, she is a part-time trader at NSE and has conducted training sessions on 'introduction to Stock market' organized by Hollyhock India, HR, and Entrepreneurial Service for working professionals and students.
