To bridge the gap between Industry and Institution, and to introduce latest industry trends, it is important that the students are given the capsule of practical insights from time to time. With this objective in mind   Adarsh Institute of Management studies has established Knowledge exchange series cell that works towards identifying the right resource from the industry to connect and gather insights that could add immense value to the comprehensive learning.

 The guest lecture was organized on 13th October 2022 between 10.30 AM to 12.30PM. The guest speaker Mr. M Viswanathan, emphasized on the significance of several factors in entrepreneurship journey from ideation to implementation. Sir is a seasoned management professional with vast industry and academic experience of more than 40 years in aggrotech sector. Sir has reputed track and received accolades for driving large teams to achieve business goals and strategies and also strongly believes in inspiring and grooming leaders for the next level. A hardcore professional with unmatched energy and entrepreneurial mindset, to build business and see through the growth path of large companies as well as startups determined towards uncompromising customer experience.

The theme of the guest lecture focused on “factors governing startups- ideation to implementation”. The session highlighted issues and importance of factors related to marketing, project planning and finance in the context of the changing environment and customer needs.

The session also included the design and management of organizational systems to achieve the best integration of people and structure, allocating resources, managing human resources and developing information and decision processes to achieve organizational objectives.

The session was very interesting with real-life examples and interactions where more than 180 students participated and received valuable inputs. The session was moderated by Chandan, II Semester MBA student, guest was introduced by Bhoomika, II Semester MBA student and vote of thanks was delivered by Vivek, II Semester MBA student.
