INDUSTRY VISIT 3M
A complete report on industrial visit organized by ADARSH GROUP OF COMPETITION, for the students of Management of Business Administration in order to get the practical knowledge about the industry 3M.
DETAILS OF JOURNEY
AGI College had organized an industrial visit on 24th April, 2023 to 3M located in Electronic City Phase 1 Hosur Road.
Prof. Spoorthi. & Prof. Sai Gopal Were the co-ordinators faculty for the industrial visit.
We started travelling from the college campus at 12:15 pm via our college Bus. Totally 45 students along with 2 coordinators faculty were there in the journey.
- 3M it stands for Minnesota, Mining and manufacturing
- We got to know about the Nonwoven and Micro replication technology
- It manufactures and distributes a broad range of products from building materials and adhesive to medical and home cleaning supplies,
- Products of 3M
- Abrasive
- Adhesive
- Cleaning supplies
- Advanced materials and many more
- The first product of 3M launched was sandpaper.
CONCLUSION
We are thankful to our faculties for organizing such an informative session, where we got to know about the working of industries and management criteria which is helpful for our studies and for future placements also.
We hope we get more chances for further to have such an informative and wonderful experiences for visiting different industries.
