On March 14, 2024, AIMIT organized a Fire Safety Awareness Program at 11:40 AM, in the AIMIT Auditorium facilitated by Mr. Mallikurjun, District Fire Officer from the Karnataka Fire Safety and Emergency Services, stationed at the North Fire Station. The program aimed to educate students and faculty about fire safety protocols and emergency procedures. Additionally, a special fire drill was conducted in the college ground to demonstrate practical aspects of fire evacuation and response. The initiative underscored the importance of preparedness and vigilance in ensuring the safety of everyone on campus. Prof. Archana & Prof. Rashmi were the faculty coordinators for the session.
