The Adarsh Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT), in association with the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Bangalore Chapter, hosted an awareness program on “Creating Safe Spaces: An Awareness on the POSH Act” on 10th June 2024. Supported by IQAC, the event featured Ms. Smitha Venkatesh, a POSH Consultant, as the key speaker. Coordinated by Prof. Rashmi N and convened by Dr. R. Venkataraman, the program highlighted the importance of safe and inclusive environments, aligning with AIMIT’s commitment to fostering respect and prevention of harassment.
