First I am glad to be here to discuss about my experience in Adarsh First with AFS I have improved my communication skills a lot and much more things like interpersonal things I learnt here and then about MIS classes there I learnt many things like fundamentals of Excel and it's much valuable to me for my future growth and then many more things I learnt in Adarsh. I feel lucky to be here. Once again Thank you Adarsh for giving me these many opportunities.

Being an MBA Student in AIMIT is like, having the best opportunity to become a disciplined professional with academic and industrial skills. The Holistic environment of college is helping us to develop our confidence to the next level. The campus of Adarsh College is well equipped with all the necessary facilities that a student needs. The infrastructure of the college is well planned and furnished with all the amenities like smart boards, hybrid classrooms, AC,camera, speakers, 24 hour wifi connection etc. Along with this, we are also provided with a newspaper (The Economic Times) to be updated with the business current affairs.

Our college AIMIT ,apart from academics, they have also developed various student engagement series cell, one among which is knowledge exchange series cell, where I worked as a coordinator under this cell, we had activities, guest lecturers from industry sharing their knowledge and experience among students. We had an opportunity of celebrating women's day, and womentorship cell under which our faculty will address the problems of female students if any. Our college is dedicated towards serving tasty and quality food for us. The cafeteria space is wide enough and comfortable.

After joining AIMIT I am able to feel transmission from the day one because of the various activities conducted in our college like Fresher’s day, Mr. Enthic and Ms. Enthic competition, Best face of Adrash, Mr. Chef and Ms. Chef in a short span of time. We had also been to Sky Blue Resort which is located in Kanakapura road where each and every individual in our group enjoyed to the core. These activities during the initial days of our college helped us to mingle with everyone and which made us to come out from the cocoon. We also had guest lectures from academic and industry experts which inspired and motivated us to present ourselves in front of others and in interviews.

AIMIT has given a amazing platform for all the students of MBA to come up with their new talents, ideas, creativity,. AIMIT has an amazing infrastructure with recreation room, library, business lab, computer lab, auditorium, cafeteria etc. Events and programs at AIMIT includes Induction program, Industrial visit, Women's day, Co-curricular activities, computer lab, MS Excel, Guest lecture, Business lab, Knowledge exchange series, Adarsh finishing school and many more. A special mentioned about an Industrial visit to 3M company which has more then 60,000 products and it helps to know how the Management operates in Research and Development.

Education at AIMIT is a holistic one, aimed at developing the intellectual and personal strengths of students. Our teaching and learning happens both within and outside the classroom. We enjoy working on different projects, solving case studies, attending value add courses like Excel, SAP, Digital Marketing etc., which are molding us for better placements. Top companies like Google, Byju’s, LSEG, ICICI HDFC and many more companies are invited for our campus placements.

Our College is the best in terms of discipline. Our Principal and Faculty Members give utmost importance to make students disciplined with value system, which is very essential for our career. The infrastructure of AIMIT offers a conducive environment for both academic and co-curricular activities. A special mention about A/C classrooms with smart board and hybrid teaching learning facilities. Our college canteen - campus bytes, it's not about a place, it's about the people who make that place. We enjoy sitting in our canteen and using Wi-Fi to enhance our knowledge. We are choosing the canteen for our daily meet-ups and make it the best.

AIMIT has been a great contributor to the development of my personality. I have developed my leadership, time management and team skills and have also been able to advance these skills to the whole new augment level. My special interest is towards our state of the art Business Lab. It offers online databases and internet resources that help in doing project and research work. Trained and experienced teaching staff assist the students with point-of-use instructions.

Taking the bygone days of pandemic into consideration, the thought of strictness and imprisoning way of teaching the academics was a great fear. AIMIT changed the view of all the students including me in this regard by giving a proper mix of academics and co-curricular activities. Different activities like ethnic day which represents our culture, visit to a resort for fresher’s day which represents the unique way of enjoyment, different competitions which was held for selecting Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher. Here we have many interactive competitions held, like cooking without fire, fresh face which clearly showed how enjoyment should be a part of academics for a meaningful and healthy education.

Our journey at AIMIT started with an induction program which had the combination of eminent speakers from academics and Industry to guide us about MBA program. The unique activities at AIMIT like student development cell activities, student seminar series and knowledge exchange series are giving the platform to students to develop managerial skills. These events also provide a systematic platform to the students to share their thoughts and exchange the knowledge with other students. These events became a foundation to the students, which will helps to identify better version of themselves.

AIMIT stands at a good path always, a unique initiative of our college - Adarsh finishing school (AFS) supported me in understanding my SWOC and gave me lots of opportunities to come out of my comfort zone and become more confident to build better career.

As a student of AIMIT, I want to express my gratitude to our faculty members who are highly qualified and experienced. The unique pedagogical tools they use make us understand the concepts very easily. Our principal is the most dedicated person, who is known for his versatility. He is very punctual and the most disciplined person I have ever seen. He has taken initiative in development of students by providing Adarsh Finishing school (preparing students for corporate life) and also providing newspapers every day to every student where none of the colleges provide. AIMIT also conduct sessions handled by the professionals from IIM (Bangalore), IIM (Calcutta), FMS (Delhi) who provides us the practical knowledge which is not only useful in corporate life but also in the real life.
