Interactive HR Interview (HR Action Plan) (24/09/2026)
Interactive HR Interview – HR Action Plan, organised by the HR Club of Adarsh Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT), was conducted on 24 September 2026 through Google Meet for MBA students. The session featured Mr. Prakash V Patil, Chief Manager, SVC Bank, as the industry speaker.
The session was designed to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of HR in a corporate environment and to help them understand how HR contributes to organisational effectiveness.
Through an interactive discussion, Mr. Patil shared his professional experiences and insights into strategic HR management, HR leadership, organisational performance, HR policies, HR metrics, employee engagement, retention, and workplace challenges.
The interaction enabled students to gain a practical understanding of how HR professionals make decisions, implement HR initiatives, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
