The HR Team Building Program was organized on 10th September 2025 at AIMIT College to strengthen collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills among students. The session included interactive activities, group tasks, and problem-solving exercises designed to enhance communication, trust, and teamwork. Participants actively engaged in discussions and experiential learning exercises that highlighted the importance of coordination and effective leadership in organizational settings.
