AFS Communication Skill Sessions -2026
The AFS sessions were conducted for MBA first-year students of Sections A and B on 10, 17, 24 and 31 July 2026, 7, 14 and 28 August 2026, and 4 and 11 September 2026, under the coordination of Prof. Gautam Shivaraj. The programme focused on enhancing students’ communication, confidence and employability skills through practical learning activities. Section A participated in Resume Building & Self Introduction, Mind Mapping, and a Group Discussion on ‘Love Marriage vs Arrange Marriage’. Section B attended sessions on Self Introduction, Image Description, and the same Group Discussion topic. On 31 July 2026, both Sections A and B discussed the impact of GST on the Indian economy, whether social media is helpful or harmful, whether students focus more on grades or skills, and whether money can buy happiness. On 14 August 2026, both sections completed resume checking and reviewed their group discussion activities,11 September 2026–Discussion on GD Personal interview introduction The sessions encouraged students to express ideas confidently, improve analytical thinking, communicate effectively, and participate actively in collaborative discussions.
