The Adastra HR Track – Adhwaitha was successfully conducted on 19 August 2026 with the objective of providing students with an engaging platform to apply their Human Resource
Management knowledge through interactive and experiential activities. The HR Track comprised three activities, namely HR Bingo, HR Charades, and HR Quiz conducted in a KBC-inspired setup. A total of five teams participated in the event, representing different institutions, and actively competed throughout the activities. HR Bingo focused on participants’ understanding and quick identification of HR concepts and terminology, while HR Charades encouraged creativity, non-verbal communication, teamwork and the ability to interpret HR-related concepts through gestures. The final activity, the HR Quiz – KBC Setup, tested participants’ knowledge of Human Resource Management concepts, practices and workplace-related situations through an interactive quiz format.
The activities were designed to promote teamwork, communication, critical thinking, quick decision-making and practical application of HR concepts. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and healthy competition among all the teams. Alliance University emerged as the Winner, while Sheshadripuram College secured the First Runner-Up position. Overall, the HR Track successfully combined academic learning with fun and experiential activities, enabling students to strengthen their HR knowledge, interpersonal skills, confidence, collaboration and competitive spirit. The event also provided an opportunity for students from different institutions to interact, learn from one another and demonstrate their capabilities beyond the conventional classroom environment.
