International Day of Yoga
On the occasion of International Day of Yoga on 21/06/2026. Adarsh Institute of Management & Information Technology organized a yoga session at Makkala Koota Park to promote health, fitness, and mental well-being among students. The program was conducted under the guidance of Yoga instructor Ms. Kushi, who shared valuable knowledge and experience in yoga. The event began with a brief introduction about the significance of International Yoga Day and the importance of incorporating yoga into our daily lives.
Ms. Kushi demonstrated various yoga asanas, including stretching exercises, breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation practices. She explained the benefits of each posture and encouraged all participants to perform them correctly.




Students actively participated in the session with enthusiasm and discipline. The serene and green environment of Makkala Koota Park added to the overall experience, making the event peaceful and refreshing.
The yoga session not only improved our physical flexibility and concentration but also helped us understand the importance of maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The event concluded with a vote of thanks to Kushi Ma’am and all the participants for making the celebration a grand success.
