On 11^th February 2026, the empowering event “Women Who Lead: Skills for the Leaders of Tomorrow” was organized as part of the Udhyam Sakhi Accelerator through CII Yi YUVA. The session featured three inspiring women leaders — Ms. Sneha Agarwal, Executive Director at Iltrec Bharat Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, Ms. Lasya Umesh, Founder & Principal Designer of Beveledge Interior Design Studio, and Ms. Jaya Bhavya, Founder & CEO of Nexushive Solutions LLP.
